TMX FHIIT offers a non-stop high intensity workout that combines various multi-joint strength exercises, plyometrics, specific metabolic exercises and dynamic multidirectional agility drills into one face pace circuit. You will not only develop the ability to fight through fatigue but also enhance your overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength, speed, power, flexibility, coordination, balance, stamina, accuracy and agility. These brief bouts of metabolic conditioning keep your body guessing by constantly varying the workout duration, speed of movement, number of repetitions and amount of resistance. By challenging your body to exert large amounts of energy in such short periods of time you will not only enhance your overall work capacity but crush calories and blast fat in no time flat.

Since everyone completes the same WOD (Workout of the Day) we will teach you how to scale the workout to match your fitness level. You will also learn the progressions for exercises that may take you a few weeks or months to acquire. This is the scaling that makes it possible for you to workout alongside people who have very different athletic capabilities. Remember how hard you work is ultimately up to you. If you haven't worked out in a while, we'll build up the intensity steadily. We'll push you as much as we can, but you decide the level of intensity you're willing to reach.

All TMX FHIIT programs offered at TMX ATHLETICS in Sault Ste. Marie are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in 30 and 60 minute sessions. You can also choose to participate in the program individually, with a partner or in a small group. You can create your own group or join an exciting group.
