Private Small Group Training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. Group sizes vary from 3 to 8 people, this allows us to scale the workout to accommodate a variety of fitness levels, while ensuring everyone is performing the techniques safely and effectively every time. Your TMX TRAINER will demonstrate the movements, inspire you, answer your questions and adjusts your workouts as your needs change and your abilities grow.
Anybody who is serious about getting results knows that an initial investment of working with a personal trainer is valuable. If you have ever wanted to workout with a personal trainer, but felt you just couldn't afford it, this program is for you. You can select any one or add a variety of TMX PROGRAMS in your weekly fitness plan. Great music, great workouts, and a great way to stay motivated and reach your goals!
You can engage in anyone of our exclusive TMX PROGRAMS for 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions either in person or live online. You have the option to create your own group with friends or join an existing group. Prior to starting your fitness program, your group will have the opportunity to select the best days and times that fit everyone’s schedule.
