TMX TEENS is designed to meet the specific needs of the teen population from 13 to 17 years of age. It is suitable for everyone, from those just starting fitness to individuals who have been playing organized sports or working out for years. The basic principles are all the same, we teach and reinforce movement quality and technique we just modify the workouts to meet each Teen’s needs. It will be fun, fast paced, and is guaranteed to improve fitness in a wide variety of domains.
Base athleticism is established through a program that encompasses components of strength, stamina, flexibility, cordio respiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination and balance. We prioritize teaching our young athletes how to move well, keeping them injury free and setting them up for success. What they learn in the gym will transfer to the field of play as well as everyday life.
Individuals will get exposure to variety of training methods that will not only enhance their overall athletic potential, but help them grow a foundation of fitness that will last a lifetime. Teens can engage in anyone of our exclusive TMX PROGRAMS for 30, 45 or 60-minute session either in person or live online. Classes are offered by appointment only.
