
TMX Athletics is a training facility for youth and teen athletes built around a clearly defined training system, not disconnected programs. Athletes are assessed at appropriate intervals to identify individual movement needs, guide training priorities, and ensure development aligns with the real demands of sport.
The TMX SportFit Training System provides a unified approach to athletic development by training movement quality, coordination, and force application within sport-relevant postures and patterns. Strength & power, speed & movement skills, and movement readiness & mobility are developed as connected components of the same system, ensuring what athletes build in training carries over to performance on the field, ice, or court.
Through this system-based approach, athletes develop physical qualities they can express under game conditions rather than only in training. Athletes bring the commitment. We provide the structure, coaching, and environment to support long-term development and meaningful progress.
