
The TMX SportFit Training System provides a unified approach to athletic development built around movement quality, coordination, and transfer to sport performance. Strength, speed, mobility, and movement skills are trained as connected components of the same system rather than as isolated qualities. Each TMX SportFit program applies the same principles in different environments to ensure athletes develop physical qualities they can express when it matters most.
TMX SportFit – Movement Readiness & Mobility
The TMX SportFit Movement Readiness & Mobility Program applies the TMX SportFit Training System to tissue preparation, joint function, and movement readiness. To perform athletic movements safely and efficiently, athletes must be able to access appropriate ranges of motion while maintaining stability and control at end-range positions.
This program combines targeted soft tissue work, mobility strategies, and positional stability training to restore lost range of motion and improve movement quality. Rather than passive stretching alone, athletes learn to move through available ranges with control, improving positioning, movement patterns, and overall readiness for training and competition.

The TMX SportFit Movement Readiness & Mobility Program is designed to improve tissue quality, joint function, and usable range of motion while supporting recovery between training sessions. Athletes use a variety of tools and techniques to address restrictions, reinforce end-range stability, and reduce unnecessary stiffness and soreness. This program supports durability and movement efficiency across both Strength & Power Development and Speed & Movement Skills training.
Movement readiness and mobility work supports both daily training and game-day preparation by helping athletes move efficiently, recover effectively, and sustain performance over the course of a season.

The result is an athlete who moves more freely, recovers more effectively, and maintains consistent training readiness throughout the season. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be completed individually, with a partner, or in small group settings. Training is by appointment only.
This program can be integrated alongside other TMX SportFit training components or used independently based on the athlete’s needs and stage of development.
